What area do we service?

How long does the auction take from start to finish?
The typical timeframe for photographing and preparing detailed listings for an average-sized home approximately two weeks. Once the auction is live on Hi-bid, it will remain active for one week Following this, pickups for the winning bids will be conducted over a two-day period the subsequent week. In total, the entire process is expected to take around 3 to 4 weeks.
How do you get paid?
We are paid by the total sale of the items 30% to 40%.
Are there extra chargers?
Please note that if your items require cleaning, an additional fee will apply. We cannot sell or list unclean items in our auction. Thank you for your understanding!
If my items are at your location what happens with the items if they don't sell?
You may choose to have them relisted on the next consignment auction, schedule a pick-up time, or acknowledge they will become the property of AdaBan Auctions.
Can we be present at the home for pick ups?
We ask that you are not at the home for customer pick ups.
